To book your indoor exhibition space, kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line
“Exhibition Request – Country Name”.
Please include in your email request:
- Country or organization name.
- Name of the stand manager.
- Full contact details of the stand manager.
- Full display name for the top banner on the stand.
- For any request of extra furniture or equipment, kindly attach the booking form available on the website.
- Any printing on the exhibitor walls is to be submitted with the form, and is subject to approval.
- For a larger space, kindly include it in your request. The request is subject to availability.
- We allow exhibitors to design and build their own exhibit through your own suppliers.
Kindly send us the design and space required, and we will evaluate the request.
Please note that we will be providing a 3 x 2m stand with a table and two chairs for each exhibitor.
